Hey guys, as you know there are so many water ionizer brands out there that it can be difficult to choose a machine.

I’ve been doing this for a long time, and every brand says that their machine is the best. Since they can’t all be “The Best,” let’s break down the key things that you’ll want in a water ionizer.

What results to expect from a water ionizer?

The amount of power and the number of plates in a water ionizer determines how high of a pH you can get in the alkaline water that comes from your water ionizer. Good water ionizers use solid/mesh hybrid plates and an SMPS Plus power supply, which ensures you get the best possible alkaline water for drinking.

However, pH is also largely dependent on your source water. The same ionizer unit can produce different pH results in different parts of the country. So, if you’re getting a high pH in one state, it doesn’t mean you’ll get an equally high pH from the same machine in another part of the country.
