Bob Warns…Watch Out for Knockoff Water Ionizers
ello again! It’s Bob the ionizer guy. In this post, I want to talk to you about low-quality knock-off water ionizer machines that are flooding the online marketplace sites such as e-bay. On the outside, these machines look just like their original counterparts, but in reality, they’re just knock-offs selling at low prices with low-grade performance, and they can impose a health risk.
Avoid knockoff machines sold by fake sellers
Truth be told, these machines shouldn’t even be called water ionizers because no good ionizer brand would use such low-grade components in their units.
The sellers of these knock-offs will usually get their hands on a water ionizer and replace the internal components with low-quality parts. So, when somebody goes onto e-bay and stumbles on upon such a unit, they don’t realize that it’s a fake. The design and outside casing gives them the impression that it’s from the same brand.
These knock-offs usually sell at lower prices than the original brand models. For example, you may come across a machine which originally costs $4000 if you buy from the company but is selling online for just $2000 on e-bay.
Such machines are just knock-offs. The sellers of these units or should I say scammers replace all the internal parts with low-grade ones and put the unit up for sale on e-bay and similar sites. Do not fall for them just because of their price tag.
Only buy genuine ionizer machines
Electric appliances never last forever and eventually, you may encounter an issue with your ionizer that would need service or repair.
Ionizer brands provide warranties (some of which are lifetime) and maintenance services. Their support departments are just a call away and will come to service your ionizer whenever you run into a problem with the machine.
Companies only service and offer warranty claims for their own genuine products. Therefore, it’s important to only buy genuine ionizer machines from established brands. When in doubt, call the company to see if you’re dealing with an authorized dealer of theirs.
It’s easy to get deceived because these ionizers look just like the genuine product. Please avoid purchasing machines from e-bay. Beware of these knock-offs.
If you don’t want your money to go down the drain, buy directly from an ionizer manufacturer or from one of their authorized and verified sellers.
