This machine is imported by AlkaViva.  AlkaViva is an MLM company with a history of name changes.  From Jupiter, to Ionways, to AlkaViva, now this chameleon of a company is trying to ride the Samsung brand.  Their efforts are clever, but we think it is only a matter of time before they get called to the carpet for questioning.  Samsung denies any involvement  when you call them or chat with them online.  We hope some proof of their involvement can put some big questions to rest.
